For the past two years, House of Mimi, LLC. has hosted its very own Prom Contest where area schools are encouraged to nominate stellar students who would love to attend prom but may not have the financial means to make that dream a reality. This year, we were blessed to have 4 students (and their lovely dates) win the contest! Check out these queens below!
Kimeisha Sinclair
Kimeisha is a 18 year old high school senior graduating from Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy — Parkside High School Campus. She will be attending Dean College in Franklin, Massachusetts with a full scholarship in the fall. Kimeisha loves to sing, write poetry and appreciates everything art-inspired.
Emma Kamara
Emma is a 19 year old high school senior graduating from Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy — Parkside High School Campus. She will be attending Trinity Washington University studying Theology, English, Philosophy and will achieve an A.A. in History. Emma loves to write and uses her personable and goofy demeanor to befriend and encourage others.
Erica Castro
Erica is a 18 year old high school senior graduating from Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy — Parkside High School Campus. She will be attending Potomac State College of West Virginia University studying Electrical Engineering. Erica is a hard worker who is easy going & loves to communicate with others.
Johnica Williams
Johnica is a 19 year old high school senior graduating from Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy — Parkside High School Campus. She will be attending Potomac State College of West Virginia University studying Nursing & Physiology. Johnica has a bubbly personality & loves to dance, is very loving and a joy to be around.
